Part-Time Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, 11:45 AM&ndash;4:30 PM (4.75 hours per day) Pay: $22&ndash;$24 per hourAre you looking to join a friendly, collaborative, and approachable team? We host events throughout the year to connect, have fun, and celebrate team achievements.We are seeking a part-time bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator to support our office operations. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, field staff, and vendors, handling phone calls, scheduling, and general office coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer Service<ul><li>Serve as the primary phone operator, answering and managing multiple phone lines.</li><li>Answer and manage incoming calls, messages, and emails, including scheduling inspections.</li><li>Review and distribute voicemails from all company general inboxes.</li><li>Manage and address all social media interactions concerning work order requests across different platforms.</li><li>Process work order entries from various sources</li><li>Provide updates on phone requests and the portal as needed for specific requests.</li><li>Assist with inspection and temporary contracts.</li><li>Prepare and share daily weather reports.</li><li>Oversee the inspections scheduling report.</li><li>Perform other duties related to customer service and scheduling as assigned.</li></ul>Office / Reception<ul><li>Greet visitors, first point of contact for visitors and field employees.</li><li>Responsible for closing the office at the end of each day.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office and kitchen environment.</li><li>Manage various field text notifications as needed.</li><li>Track and manage office inventory, including supplies and equipment.</li><li>Serve as backup to verify all company phone numbers.</li><li>Fulfill all other assigned job duties as needed.</li></ul>REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Fluent in Spanish</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills to address customer and vendor needs professionally and efficiently.</li><li>Professional demeanor</li><li>Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.</li><li>Adaptable, open-minded, and able to handle changes with ease</li><li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE<ul><li>General knowledge of construction or roofing materials and installation preferred</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred</li><li>Experience working in a call center or with multi-line phone systems</li><li>2+ years of customer service experience required</li><li>1+ years of experience in scheduling preferred</li><li>QuickBooks Time Scheduling, JobNimbus, CompanyCam experience is a plus</li></ul>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer</li><li>Able to climb, stand, walk, kneel, lift, push, pull and crouch for extended period</li><li>Must be able to lift or move light office materials, up to 10&ndash;20 pounds occasionally</li></ul>EEO STATEMENT619 Roofing LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
