Full-Time | South Florida / Fort Lauderdale Area | $60,000 per year6WEEX is a fast-growing personal training brand built for adults who want real results without feeling lost, judged, or overwhelmed in a normal gym.Our current focus is helping women 45&ndash;69+ get stronger, tone up, lose belly fat, build confidence, and feel like themselves again - in a private, supportive coaching environment.We are looking for a full-time Organic Content Creator who can help us build strong local Instagram channels for multiple 6WEEX locations.This is not just a &ldquo;posting&rdquo; role.You will be inside our studios, filming clients, capturing testimonials, creating Reels, developing hooks, posting stories, engaging with the local community, and turning real client moments into content that builds trust, attention, and booked appointments.The right person has already helped build Instagram channels for local businesses and understands how to create content that drives engagement, DMs, and real local appointments.What You&rsquo;ll DoYou will create and manage organic Instagram content for multiple 6WEEX locations.<ul><li>Create weekly content ideas, hooks, stories, Reels, posts, and captions</li><li>Film videos and take photos inside 6WEEX studios using a phone and/or camera</li><li>Capture client stories, testimonials, transformations, trainer moments, and studio atmosphere</li><li>Build and post content on Instagram for local 6WEEX locations</li><li>Engage with the local community by responding to comments, DMs, and interactions</li><li>Interact with clients in a warm, professional way to capture authentic moments</li><li>Prepare content for new studio opening campaigns</li><li>Create local content campaigns around client stories, studio events, testimonials, and promotions</li><li>Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, OpenArt, Poppy AI, or similar tools to speed up content production</li><li>Plan, schedule, and organize content across multiple locations</li><li>Track what content performs best and create more of what works</li><li>Help turn Instagram attention into real conversations, DMs, and booked appointments</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Have already built or helped grow Instagram channels for local businesses</li><li>Can show at least 2 Instagram accounts from local businesses you created, managed, or contributed to</li><li>Have experience creating Reels, Stories, posts, captions, hooks, and short-form videos</li><li>Have filmed and edited content before</li><li>Understand basic graphic design and brand consistency</li><li>Can write simple, emotional, clear copy</li><li>Are comfortable talking to clients and filming real people</li><li>Are highly structured and can manage a content calendar for multiple locations</li><li>Are fast, creative, and output-driven</li><li>Know how to use AI tools to create more and better content</li><li>Understand that great content comes from real stories, not just trends</li><li>Are comfortable working inside a studio and interacting with members in person</li></ul>You are an especially strong fit if:<ul><li>You have already created content for a business with multiple locations</li><li>You have helped a local business grow on Instagram</li><li>You have created at least one viral post or Reel</li><li>You have experience with fitness, wellness, beauty, medical, local service, or boutique studio brands</li><li>You understand women 45+ as a target audience</li><li>You can film testimonials and make people feel comfortable on camera</li><li>You have experience preparing content for new location openings</li><li>You know how to create content that generates DMs, inquiries, and booked appointments</li></ul>Your work will be evaluated based on:<ul><li>Weekly content output and consistency</li><li>Quality of hooks, stories, and creative ideas</li><li>Shares and saves on Instagram</li><li>Brand consistency across multiple local accounts</li><li>Growth of local Instagram accounts</li><li>Engagement from the local community</li><li>Number of DMs and conversations generated through Instagram</li><li>Number of booked appointments generated through Instagram</li><li>Number and quality of testimonials captured</li><li>Organization across multiple locations</li><li>Ability to create content that feels real, local, and emotionally relevant</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$60,000 annual salary</li><li>Full-time position</li><li>16 days PTO</li><li>401k with company match</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling multi-location fitness brand</li></ul>Pay: $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Which Instagram channels have you built or actively contributed to? </li><li>Have you ever created a viral post or Reel?
