Overview Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant and become the vital backbone of our office operations! This energetic role offers the chance to showcase your organizational prowess, multitasking skills, and customer service excellence. You will be the friendly face at the front desk, manage essential administrative tasks, and support the broker and the real estate agents.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and enthusiasm at the front desk.</li><li>Manage calendar appointments, follow up on multiple tasks, schedule meetings, and coordinate events using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.</li><li>Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Assist with office management tasks</li><li>Must be familiar with Canva, Word, Excel, Google Calendar, and Website/CRM support</li><li>Provide personal assistant support to the broker as needed, including calendar management and task prioritization.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven office experience or administrative experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.</li><li>Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service orientation.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively.</li><li>Experience in real estate a plus</li><li>Ability to manage time efficiently, while maintaining professionalism.
