Position OverviewWe are looking for a talented and creative Onsite Video Editor to join our team in Shahdara, Lahore. The ideal candidate will edit a variety of video content including personal social media videos, agency promotional videos, and client review videos. The role requires creativity, technical skills, and a strong understanding of social media storytelling and trends.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, visually engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.</li><li>Edit agency promotional videos, client review videos, and other brand-related content.</li><li>Collaborate directly with the founder and creative team to ensure each video aligns with the desired tone and message.</li><li>Add background music, sound effects, transitions, text overlays, and graphics to enhance storytelling.</li><li>Optimize videos for different formats and platforms (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.).</li><li>Perform color correction, sound balancing, and final touch-ups for professional quality.</li><li>Organize and manage footage, project files, and backups efficiently.</li><li>Work onsite during shoots or content creation sessions as required.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and viral content ideas.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio or sample work required).</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, or similar tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of short-form and social media video editing.</li><li>Creative mindset and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Basic knowledge of camera work and filming is a plus.</li><li>Must be available to work onsite in the office.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience editing TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.</li><li>Familiarity with social media content strategies and trends.</li><li>Skills in graphic design or thumbnail creation are a plus.</li><li>Experience with review-based or testimonial videos.</li></ul>Job Type<ul><li>Full-Time / Onsite</li><li>Location: Rehman View, Mian Colony, Shahdara, Lahore</li><li>Schedule: Monday to Friday</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
