The role involves handling legal verification, supporting sales teams, and ensuring all property transactions comply with local laws and government norms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Verify land and property documents including title deeds, sale deeds, RTC, 7/12, EC, Khata, NA, and conversion records</li><li>Conduct legal due diligence for plots and land parcels</li><li>Coordinate with advocates, government offices, and registration authorities</li><li>Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations</li><li>Support sales teams by clarifying legal aspects to clients when required</li><li>Assist in agreement drafting, sale deed preparation, and registration processes</li><li>Maintain proper legal records and documentation files</li><li>Identify legal risks and report issues to management</li><li>Make legal follow-up calls related to documentation and approvals</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Fluency in Marathi is compulsory (reading, writing, and speaking)</li><li>Strong knowledge of land laws and real estate documentation</li><li>Legal background preferred but not mandatory if practical experience exists</li><li>Ability to explain legal matters in simple terms</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills</li><li>Attention to detail and high level of integrity</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Stable role in a growing real estate firm</li><li>Exposure to large land and plotted development projects</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with sales and leadership teams</li></ul>Immediate joiners preferredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
