 <ul>
 <li>
 Evaluate Purchase Requisitions for accuracy and thoroughly understand the underlying requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the sourcing activities, including RFx processes, comparative analysis, and vendor selection.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage contracting and procurement, from contract drafting to Purchase Order creation post-PR approval.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in supply chain platforms such as Oracle &amp; GEP Smart; experience with integrated systems is advantageous.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify process improvement opportunities and develop actionable plans for implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee vendor lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, performance tracking, and contract compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align negotiation strategies with business goals and maximize value.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of key data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and escalate vendor-related risks, issues, and action items as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute end-to-end purchase operations, including POD handling, invoicing, and vendor support, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take ownership of outcomes, ensuring accountability and delivery of results.
 </li>

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Advanced MS Excel/ MS Office Skills are required
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent Communication skills are required
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to influence stake holders and cross functional teams to drive agenda
 </li>
 <li>
 A team player with ability to work with people from all corporate levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong business understanding and know-how
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong data collection, collation and representation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - Ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective action plans to resolve issues.

 Education &amp; Experience:

 3-6 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement and Contracting
 </li>
 <li>
 Any Graduation with relevant experience in Strategic Sourcing
 </li>
