About Us: 7SD Cruise is a luxury cruise company based in Muscat, dedicated to delivering world-class maritime experiences along Oman&rsquo;s stunning coastline. We are offering exceptional service, safety, and professionalism to our guests.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Yacht Captain to command a luxury motor yacht based in Muscat. The ideal candidate will ensure safe navigation, manage the crew, oversee vessel maintenance, and deliver a five-star experience to guests on board.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Command and navigate the yacht in compliance with international maritime laws and Omani regulations.</li><li>Ensure safety of passengers, crew, and vessel at all times.</li><li>Supervise and train crew members.</li><li>Manage voyage planning, weather routing, and fuel management.</li><li>Oversee yacht maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness.</li><li>Coordinate with management on scheduling, logistics, and guest services.</li><li>Maintain accurate logs, safety drills, and inspection records.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience as Captain on luxury motor yachts (50ft+).</li><li>Valid STCW and Master 200GT (or equivalent) certification.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Omani and international maritime regulations.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).</li><li>Local or transferable visa preferred; relocation assistance may be considered.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package based on experience.</li><li>Annual leave.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a growing luxury cruise brand in Oman&rsquo;s premier marina.</li></ul>How to Apply: Please send your CV, certifications, and references to:marketing@7sdcruise.com (Or contact via WhatsApp: +968 99470124)Job Type: Full-timePay: From RO250.000 per monthWork Location: Remote
