Job Summary:Only candidates fluent in ODIA Language need apply.The Assistant HR (Female) will support the HR department in day-to-day operations including recruitment, candidate communication, training coordination, and documentation. She will take interviews, provide training to candidates through Zoom meetings, and guide candidates for work assignments, ensuring smooth functioning of HR activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct interviews for candidates and evaluate their suitability.</li><li>Provide online training to candidates via Zoom meetings.</li><li>Guide candidates in their work assignments and career progression.</li><li>Assist in recruitment process &mdash; Shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Handle candidate, messages, and follow-ups professionally.</li><li>Maintain and update employee/candidate records in Excel or HR software.</li><li>Prepare training materials.</li><li>Maintain attendance and performance reports.</li><li>Handle employee queries with politeness and confidentiality.</li><li>Support HR Manager in daily administrative work.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;16,101.29 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In personSpeak with the employer +91 9114691124
