Your Role in the 7th Avenue Experience

As a Sales Associate, you&rsquo;ll support Sales Consultants in delivering exceptional showroom experiences while developing your own expertise in sales and customer engagement. This role is perfect for fresh grads and entry-level candidates eager to grow within a fast-paced, design-driven company. You&rsquo;ll assist with client interactions, learn the art of luxury sales, and step in when needed to ensure seamless showroom operations. 
How You&rsquo;ll Make an Impact

Support Sales Excellence 
&ndash; Assist Senior Sales Consultants in engaging with customers, guiding them through the showroom, and delivering a premium shopping experience.</li>
<li>Learn &amp; Develop Expertise 
&ndash; Gain in-depth knowledge of 7th Avenue&rsquo;s products, from design features to functional benefits.</li>
<li>Observe &amp; Apply Sales Techniques 
&ndash; Shadow top-performing consultants, refine your communication skills, and support the end-to-end sales process.</li>
<li>Ensure Showroom Coverage 
&ndash; Step in for PTO and sick leave shifts to maintain a seamless, high-touch showroom experience.</li>
<li>Travel Flexibility 
&ndash; Occasionally support closeby showrooms as needed (all travel expenses covered by the company).</li>
<li>Maintain Showroom Excellence 
&ndash; Help uphold the aesthetic and atmosphere of the showroom, ensuring it reflects the luxury and quality of 7th Avenue.</li>
<li>Ongoing Learning &amp; Growth 
&ndash; Participate in training sessions to build your sales acumen and customer engagement skills.</li></ul> 
What You Bring to the Team 
<ul>
<li>
A passion for learning about sales, customer engagement, and luxury home design.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (luxury retail or furniture sales is a plus).</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset.</li>
<li>Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and the ability to collaborate with a high-performing sales team.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>
