Our comprehensive practice covers:Family Law Criminal Defense DUI/DWI Defense Personal Injury LitigationResponsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues.</li><li>Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.</li><li>Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.</li><li>Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development.</li><li>Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to client matters.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of cases for trial by gathering evidence and preparing witnesses.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.</li><li>Manage case files efficiently to ensure timely progress on all matters.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</li><li>Admission to the state bar association and good standing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of family law, personal injury and criminal defense is preferred.</li><li>Excellent legal research skills and proficiency in writing clear and persuasive legal documents.</li><li>Ability to litigate effectively with strong advocacy skills.</li><li>Previous experience in a law office setting is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.</li></ul>If you're ready to elevate your career while enjoying the coastal California lifestyle, we want to hear from you!
