Now, they&rsquo;re looking for a Brand Designer who can bring that same energy to their visual identity &mdash; someone who designs with emotion, clarity, and purpose.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Evolve a full brand experience &mdash; from digital and packaging to apparel and physical environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Design assets that
 
 feel
 
 as strong as the products themselves &mdash; bold, confident, and rooted in authenticity
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop campaign visuals and storytelling that connect with a masculine, hands-on audience
 </li>
 <li>
 Create distinctive brand assets including apparel graphics, custom illustrations, and hand-drawn elements
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and expand a cohesive visual system (typography, color, layout, iconography)
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to align design with business and brand goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure excellence from concept through production, meeting tight timelines without sacrificing quality
 </li>

 What You&rsquo;ll Bring
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5&ndash;7 years of brand design experience (agency, studio, or in-house)
 </li>
 <li>
 A portfolio that showcases storytelling, emotion, and craft across mediums
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to build bold, character-driven visual identities
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in typography, layout, and cohesive design systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience creating original artwork and apparel design a strong plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident communicator with the ability to own projects end-to-end
 </li>
