The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing social media outlets, building influencer relationships, and developing strategies for digital marketing outlets, including email, text, and website channels. You&rsquo;ll assist in the implementation of marketing strategies; help coordinate events and contribute to content creation across various platforms.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.</li><li>Film and edit marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery to meet project deadlines.</li><li>Coordinate the logistics of events, themed parties, and special promotions, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.</li><li>Coordinate digital marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across various channels such as email, SMS, website, etc.</li><li>Support the production of marketing content, including social media posts, promotional videos, and other digital assets.</li><li>Help provide the Marketing Manager with necessary marketing materials and copy needed for the SEO and PPC teams.</li><li>Manage the company&rsquo;s social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance.</li><li>Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current and aligned with marketing strategies.</li><li>Oversee social media outlets to develop and implement engaging content strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, assisting the Marketing Manager in adjusting strategies as needed.</li><li>Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure alignment.</li><li>Manage influencer relationships, including outreach, negotiation, and collaboration on campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.</li><li>Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics, providing reports to the Marketing Manager to assess campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the marketing team.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>1-2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related role.</li><li>Full proficiency in filming and editing marketing materials.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media platforms and email marketing.</li><li>Experience with content creation tools and programs.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li><li>Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the marketing field.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li><li>Fun and inclusive company culture</li></ul>Work Location: Multiple locationsWork Environment: This role is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to venues and local business events required.How to Apply: If you&rsquo;re eager to jumpstart your career in marketing and contribute to creating unforgettable experiences, we want to hear from you!
