RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Senior Consultant at 84.51&deg;, you are flawlessly executing against the customer first plan for our partner and clients as you leverage leading customer insights from Kroger, market insights, and human insights to makes customers&rsquo; lives easier. The customer&rsquo;s voice influences every decision as you identify problems, develop solutions, activate insights and evaluate the impact on customers for Kroger and CPGs.

Your primary client is Kroger, one of the world&rsquo;s largest retailers and the third largest employer. You are expected to build strong, trusting relationships with your Kroger stakeholders and influence their decisions that drive long term customer loyalty.

Your primary area of focus is Loyalty Strategy &amp; Rewards (LSR). You will leverage our personalization science and loyalty strategy to support relevant, long-term connection with program members. You will contribute to our strategic vision for loyalty, making it easy and rewarding for members to choose us every time and support our goals to grow member participation, drive program impact, and deepen insights to shape strategy. To operate effectively in this domain, you are expected to know the current state of the business, the latest trends and the innovations that are impacting and disrupting this area, and bring this together to design and execute effective campaigns that engage customers and motivating insights to cross-functional partners. 


QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data and cost of labor. SUMMARY: 

This LEAD PRODUCT MANAGER will combine technology and design to enable Kroger Marketing to reach customers in more personalized ways, driving value both to the business and customers. You will work with stakeholders across Kroger Marketing, KTD, and P&amp;LS to build roadmaps that address evolving business needs and the role of 84.51&deg; science and products in Kroger&rsquo;s ecosystem of marketing technology. 


RESPONSIBILITIES: 

<ul><li>Leading work to prioritize and execute the roadmap for DART in alignment with Kroger marketing and incentive strategies, including enabling scaled execution of personalized incentives</li>
<li>Leading Discoveries to understand customer needs and pain points, clarify technical details, validate ideas, and align to value-adding solutions</li>
<li>Partnering with stakeholders in KTD to understand the roadmap and function of 3rd party Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities and potential impact on 84.51&deg;-owned solutions</li>
<li>Support 84.51&deg; channel science and Kroger Digital Communications teams in testing and developing new capabilities to drive value in customer communications through email Air Traffic Control (ATC)</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders in Kroger Marketing and KTD to create visibility/ alignment to plans and coordinate solutions development across the Enterprise</li>
<li>Partner across P&amp;LS to manage shifting priorities and balance near- and long-term solutions that focus on driving outcomes</li>
<li>Clearly communicate the value and ROI of work delivered with internal partners and external stakeholders</li></ul> 


QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: 

Skilled/experienced in the following:
