The full-time Yard Associate will act as a material handler and forklift operator to build loads for deliveries while maintaining a safe, clean and well-organized lumber yard and warehouse. Duties include:</div><div></div><div><br>
Building loads for delivery and unloading freight including lumber and building supplies</div><div></div><div><br>
Forklift training, certification, and operation</div><div></div><div><br>
Communicating delays or discrepancies with management</div><div></div><div><br>
Maintaining lumber yard and warehouse</div><div></div><div><br>
Other duties as assigned</div>

The Outside Sales Representative (&ldquo;OSR&rdquo;) will customarily and regularly sell products and services offered by 84 Lumber to current and new clientele away from 84 Lumber stores and other locations. This position is responsible for continuing positive customer relationships and identifying new potential customers. This position is also responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals at an acceptable margin</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.</li><li>
Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.</li><li>
Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.</li><li>
Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.</li><li>
Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.</li><li>
Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.</li><li>
Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.</li></ul>

The full-time Truck Driver is responsible for delivering material to customer job sites, forklift operation, and maintaining the lumber yard and warehouse. Must have a valid state-issued driver&rsquo;s license and safe driving record. Responsibilities include:</div><br>

Qualifications:

Be at least 21 years old.</b></div><ul><li>
Read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records.</li><li>
Safely operate the assigned commercial motor vehicle.</li><li>
Provide (on an annual basis) a true and correct copy of your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a list of violations or the certificate as required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act.</li><li>
Be physically qualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act</li><li>
Not be disqualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act.</li><li>
Complete or have completed a driver's road test and has been issued a valid and current certificate of driver's road test, or its equivalent, in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act.</li><li>
Depending on the truck and/or hauler, you may be required to have a commercial motor vehicle license</li><li>
