Position Summary:<br>
As a Truss Builder, you will play a key role in assembling structural building components used in residential and commercial construction. This position requires individuals who are physically capable, safety-minded, and eager to learn valuable trade skills.</div><div><br>
Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li><div>
Assemble pre-cut lumber into roof and floor trusses according to specifications.</div></li><li><div>
Operate various hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.</div></li><li><div>
Accurately read and follow work orders, drawings, and blueprints.</div></li><li><div>
Work efficiently as part of a production team to meet daily goals.</div></li><li><div>
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</div></li></ul><div>
Qualifications:</div><ul><li><div>
High school diploma or equivalent.</div></li><li><div>
Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving materials.</div></li><li><div>
Experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, hardscaping, or general labor is a plus.</div></li><li><div>
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.</div></li><li><div>
Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.</div></li><li><div>
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.</div></li></ul><div>

Verify lumber accuracy with sheets.</div><div>
Verify truss set up is accurate.</div><div>
Perform daily operator maintenance.</div><div>
Maintain 100% crew efficiency.</div><div>
Mark individual trusses when required.</div><div>
Train Builder Associates.</div>
Qualifications:

The Coordinator of Sales is responsible for assisting salespeople in their customer service activities. This includes creating estimates from quotations provided by the salesperson, sourcing product needed to fulfill job requirements, taking customer and vendor phone calls and responding quickly and efficiently. The Coordinator is responsible for the accurate invoicing of material. Some store maintenance responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager.</div>
