About the Role: We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team at 86 Beauty Lounge. This role focuses on content creation, design, and social media management &mdash; ideal for someone who loves the beauty industry, is active on social media, and enjoys bringing ideas to life through visuals and words. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan, create, and execute engaging content for the salon&rsquo;s platforms. If you have creative skills and a good eye for aesthetics, we want to see your work! You can share a portfolio or even a sample video that demonstrates your content creation ability.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute the monthly content calendar.</li></ul><ul><li>Create, shoot, and edit high-quality content (videos, Reels, photos, and stories) for social media.</li></ul><ul><li>Write captions, taglines, and hashtags that reflect the brand voice and engage the audience.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle basic copywriting for posts, stories, campaigns, and marketing materials.</li></ul><ul><li>Design Instagram posts, story templates, promotional visuals, and in-salon signage for activations and events.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in preparing visual and written content for salon promotions, offers, and partnerships.</li></ul><ul><li>Support in posting, scheduling, and community engagement on social media platforms.</li></ul><ul><li>Stay up to date with beauty, lifestyle, and social media trends to generate fresh and creative ideas.</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Female candidates only.</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Media, Design, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong interest in content creation, beauty, and social media marketing.</li></ul><ul><li>Creative eye for visuals, layout, and storytelling.</li></ul><ul><li>Good writing skills for captions, copy, and hashtags.</li></ul><ul><li>Basic proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe apps, or similar design/editing platforms.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li></ul><ul><li>A portfolio or sample of work (even a self-shot video) demonstrating your creative skills is required.</li></ul>To Apply:Send your CV and portfolio or sample video to marketing@86beautylounge.com with the subject line: Marketing Executive Application &ndash; 86 Beauty LoungeJob Type: Full-time
