<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Position Overview</h3>
The Marketing Manager will serve as the strategic driver behind 88 Tactical&rsquo;s brand visibility, membership growth, and overall marketing performance. This role combines creativity and data-driven strategy to expand our member base, elevate our market presence, and strengthen engagement across all channels &mdash; from digital and social media to events and partnerships.
This position requires a visionary leader with hands-on expertise in campaign strategy, advertising (including paid media), and brand storytelling. You&rsquo;ll oversee all marketing functions, lead a small but mighty team, and work collaboratively with leadership to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Key Responsibilities</h3>
Membership Growth &amp; Market Strategy
<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive membership acquisition, retention, and engagement.
</li><li>Identify and target key market segments using data insights and customer behavior analysis.
</li><li>Partner with the membership and events teams to create campaigns that convert leads and maximize ROI.
</li></ul>Advertising &amp; Brand Awareness
<ul><li>Oversee the development and management of advertising campaigns (digital, print, and broadcast).
</li><li>Plan and optimize paid media strategies, including Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
</li><li>Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across all marketing channels and materials.
</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Digital Presence
<ul><li>Lead the strategy for social media growth, engagement, and brand storytelling.
</li><li>Manage paid and organic social campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.
</li><li>Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to continually improve reach and engagement.
</li></ul>Content &amp; Creative Direction
<ul><li>Guide the creation of impactful content &mdash; including video, photo, print, and digital assets &mdash; that highlight the 88 Tactical experience.
</li><li>Ensure all creative aligns with brand standards and enhances member perception.
</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Collaboration
<ul><li>Lead and mentor marketing staff, fostering a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
</li><li>Partner with internal departments to ensure marketing efforts support operational and financial goals.
</li><li>Oversee external marketing vendors, agencies, and media relationships.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications</h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).
</li><li>7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
</li><li>Proven success in membership-based or lifestyle brand marketing.
</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
</li><li>Expertise in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
