We&rsquo;re seeking a reliable, passionate videographer in Dubai to support real estate shoots and post-production. This is a flexible, ongoing collaboration with potential for growth as we scale.Project snapshot:<ul><li>Client focus: Real estate properties (interiors and exteriors)</li><li>Volume: Roughly 15 videos per client; we&rsquo;ll start with 1 video to begin</li><li>Budget: 150 AED per reel, including shooting and editing</li><li>Location: Dubai (on-site property shoots; remote editing is acceptable if agreed)</li><li>Schedule: Availability flexible; we&rsquo;ll confirm each shoot 3&ndash;4 days in advance</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>Shoot high-quality video footage of properties (interiors and exteriors)</li><li>Edit footage into engaging reels per client requirements (final deliverables in suitable formats, 1080p)</li><li>Ensure professional color correction, clean audio, and smooth storytelling for each reel</li><li>Collaborate with us to understand client goals and maintain consistent branding</li><li>Manage scheduling and on-site logistics in coordination with the team</li><li>Maintain honesty, reliability, and timely communication</li></ul>What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>Demonstrated videography and editing experience, preferably in real estate</li><li>A strong portfolio of real estate shoots or marketing reels</li><li>Own professional gear (camera, lenses, stabilizers, lighting, editing workstation) or access to equivalent quality</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)</li><li>Ability to shoot and deliver on tight timelines; flexible to meet client needs</li><li>Honest, trustworthy, easy to work with, and excellent direction/execution in shooting and editing</li><li>Based in or able to travel within Dubai; good communication and reliability</li></ul>Compensation and terms:<ul><li>Rate: 150 AED per reel (shooting + editing included)</li><li>Start: We&rsquo;ll begin with one reel to test collaboration, with a view to increasing output</li><li>Payment terms: To be arranged; typically upon delivery/approval of each reel</li><li>Deliverables: 1 video reel per shoot; additional formats or versions can be discussed as needed</li><li>Schedule: We&rsquo;ll discuss and confirm each shoot at least 3&ndash;4 days in advance</li></ul>How to apply:<ul><li>Please share:</li><li>Link to your portfolio or sample reels (prefer real estate or marketing content)</li><li>Confirmation of your rate: 150 AED per reel (including shooting and editing)</li><li>Your availability in Dubai and typical turnaround times</li><li>Any notes about your gear, workflow, and preferred editing software</li><li>A brief note on why you&rsquo;d be a good fit (highlight honesty, reliability, and collaborative approach)</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, ContractApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Work portfolio of real estate or related </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>videography/editing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
