8Flamez (co-founded by AboFlah) is looking for a talented, lightning-fast, borderline camera-crazy Team Videographer to join our crew! AboFlah is launching a new team in Gerard Piqu&eacute;&rsquo;s Kings League, and we need someone to capture every moment. Whether you learned your craft in film school or by creating YouTube vlogs, we care most that you can deliver amazing footage with creativity and flair. Someone who can juggle a camera, drone, and mic and ALWAYS nail the shot. We&rsquo;re a little team behind the BIGGEST YouTuber in the Middle East, and now we&rsquo;re bringing that content game to football. We want someone who is excited to work hard and be TOTALLY willing to learn. You will help us capture the magic, every goal, laugh, and behind-the-scenes shenanigan.. and share it with the world. 
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO: 
Shoot everything, everywhere; on the pitch, in the locker room, during team travels... you&rsquo;ll be there to film all the action and candid moments as they unfold. 
 
Edit killer videos on the fly (often same-day!). From highlight reels and hype montages to player interviews and vlogs, you&rsquo;ll turn raw footage into thumb-stopping content for YouTube, TikTok, IG and more. 
 
Innovate with new ideas and formats. Set up creative shots, experiment with effects, and help us tell the story of our team in fresh, exciting ways (if you&rsquo;ve got crazy ideas, we want to hear them!).

Here are the non-negotiables: 
DUBAI-BASED (UAE). You need to base out of Dubai (we&rsquo;ll be traveling for matches and shoots, but the team HQ is here). 
BILINGUAL BOSS. English + Arabic. You can understand the players&rsquo; banter in Arabic and coordinate with any international staff in English.

 Create scroll-stopping content from every match and behind-the-scenes moment: think highlight clips, locker room banter, player challenges + content that sparks shares and conversation.

Experience managing projects or sports operations is a plus, but the RIGHT attitude is what matters most. Someone who stays cool under pressure but ALWAYS delivers results. We&rsquo;re a little team behind the BIGGEST YouTube creator in the Middle East, and now we&rsquo;re breaking into sports entertainment. We want someone who is excited to work hard and be TOTALLY willing to learn. You will help us run the show behind the scenes, making sure our team meets every league requirement, every schedule is set, and nothing falls through the cracks.

 Be the go-to liaison between our team and Kings League HQ, handling all communications and ensuring we hit every deadline and requirement.
 
 
 Oversee all team logistics and operations: schedules, travel for matches (hello, Riyadh!), player coordination, and event planning; keep everything running like clockwork.
 
 
 Turn big ideas into reality: whether it&rsquo;s a fan meetup, a merch launch or a sponsorship deal, you&rsquo;ll coordinate with AboFlah and 8Flamez to make it happen on the ground.
