Into engaging and visually stunning videos for various social media platforms. Enhance visuals using pacing, motion graphics, color grading, sound design, effects and aesthetic typographical placement to elevate production quality</li><li>You'll be responsible for editing multi hook high-performing UGC-style video ads, AI VO Ads, that drive conversions.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative strategist to refine ad performance</li><li>Experiment with new formats, transitions, and storytelling styles to keep our content fresh and exciting</li><li>Asset Management: Organise and maintain a library of video assets, ensuring easy accessibility and version control.</li><li>Stay Current with Trends: Keep abreast of the latest video editing techniques, industry trends, and best practices to continually improve the quality and impact of our video content.</li><li>Optimisation: Optimise video content for various platforms, ensuring</li><li>Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.</li></ul>&gt;KEY SKILLS<ul><li>Speed ramping, Motion graphics, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite,, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar software</li><li>Strong understanding of direct response ad principles (hooks, pattern interrupts, CTAs, pacing)</li><li>BONUS Skills - Generating AI footages.</li></ul>&gt;REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>As an editor you must be proficient with:- short form storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, after effects, design principles, typography, font pairing for aesthetic looking content</li><li>As a professional you must have:- the ability to work independently and creatively and have excellent time management and multi tasking skills.</li></ul>Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.&gt;WHY US?
