We are looking for a Site Engineer with strong construction execution and structural knowledge to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure quality work as per drawings and specifications.Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution &amp; SupervisionExecute RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.Ensure work is done as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.Supervise contractors, masons, bar benders, carpenters, and labour.2. Structural &amp; Technical KnowledgeGood understanding of RCC drawings (footing, column, beam, slab, stair).Knowledge of reinforcement detailing, laps, anchorage, cover, spacing.Check shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting before pour.Maintain cube testing, slump test, and basic QA/QC checks.3. Material &amp; Quantity ControlCalculate daily material requirements (cement, steel, sand, aggregate).Monitor steel consumption dia-wise.Reduce wastage and control material losses at site.4. Quality &amp; SafetyEnsure quality workmanship at every stage.Follow safety norms and ensure labour safety at site.Identify defects and rectify them promptly.5. Coordination &amp; ReportingCoordinate with architects, structural consultants, vendors, and clients.Prepare daily progress reports, labour reports, and material reports.Update management about site progress and issues.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of RCC and building construction.Ability to read and interpret structural &amp; architectural drawings.Practical site exposure (not only paperwork).Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel (preferred).Leadership skills to manage site teams.Preferred CandidateExperience in G+1 / G+2 / Residential / Commercial projects.Local candidate preferred.Honest, disciplined, and problem-solving attitude.Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 12 monthsPay: ₹12,257.62 - ₹36,253.46 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
