 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 4-5 years of experience managing large, complex projects. Experience across multiple industries is an added advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in engineering consultancy is preferred.

 Business Development
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Starting to win and develop new clients with annual targets to be agreed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be an ambassador for company/brand at all times and build business with existing clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key clients and partners, potential key targets and ensure the delivery of a responsive and professional service
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to represent 9E at new project interviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare draft fee proposal and review with the Director for final approval and arrange for submission to the client.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop business with existing clients and ensure regular feedback is received
 </li>
 <li>
 Review all key projects within own area of responsibility and proactively engage with clients and partner groups to gather feedback and deliver service improvement initiatives
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Project Role
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the successful execution and delivery of projects from initiation through completion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring seamless coordination and timely progress across all phases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring accountability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary liaison for project stakeholders, providing consistent updates on status, changes, risks, and challenges. Ensure stakeholder expectations are effectively managed and aligned with organizational priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources. Report on financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, status reports, and updates for leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare conditions of construction contracts for client&rsquo;s approval and negotiate them with contractors
 </li>
 <li>
 Report any potential problems or risks to the project director as needed in order to mitigate any issues in future.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and align with defined project objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met. Address any delays and rework schedules as necessary to meet project goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining a safe working environment by complying with all safety codes, guidelines, and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the appointment or coordinate with external consultants or sub consultants for the flawless execution of projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviewing the design deliverables to ensure that they are complete and meet the standards required for each stage/agreement.

 </ul>
 Company Role
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Have an understanding of our Business plan, mission statement and key challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the development of company procedures by taking an active role in task groups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend team meetings and play an active role in the development of procedures within your team.
 </li>

 Review and comment on company procedures using the feedback system.
 </li>

 Applying policies relating to health &amp; safety, quality and training

 </ul>
 QHSE Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Understand, implement and follow 9E QHSE policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and coordinate QHSE procedures in your workplace.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with local regulatory authority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report any QHSE incidents immediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Abide Client/Contractor QHSE requirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.
 </li>
