This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology talents while engaging with diverse patrons in a fast-paced, fun environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales.</li><li>Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices.</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol service regulations.</li><li>Assist with food service when necessary, including serving appetizers or snacks that complement beverage offerings.</li><li>Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies promptly, and communicate needs to management for efficient operations.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working as a bartender in high volume settings is highly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS or Toast is essential for smooth transaction processing.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety at all times.</li><li>Experience in catering or food industry environments that require quick thinking and excellent time management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with retail math, cash handling, and basic math principles necessary for accurate billing and sales tracking.</li><li>Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings while maintaining professionalism and composure.
