Legal Associate &ndash; Regulatory, Fintech &amp; CryptoRole OverviewWe are looking for a lawyer with strong drafting, research, and regulatory instincts, especially around financial services, crypto, taxation, and public law.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Legal research on Indian &amp; cross-border regulations (SEBI, RBI, FEMA, Income-tax, crypto laws)</li><li>Drafting legal opinions, advisory notes, notices, representations, and contracts</li><li>Assisting in tax litigation, regulatory correspondence, and policy submissions</li><li>Supporting high-stakes matters involving exchanges, platforms, funds, and HNIs</li><li>Contributing to thought leadership, articles, and policy advocacy</li></ul>Ideal Profile<ul><li>LL.B. from a recognised university</li><li>2&ndash;5 years PQE (law firms / litigation / regulatory roles preferred)</li><li>Strong drafting &amp; legal reasoning skills</li><li>Interest in fintech, crypto, taxation, and emerging regulation</li><li>High ethical standards and attention to detail</li></ul>Added Advantage 1. Experience with tax laws, Digital assets, FEMA, or financial regulations 2.
