PROJECTS MANAGER, RIYADH  We are seeking an experienced Projects Manager with a strong background in hotel and hospitality projects to oversee and deliver high-end developments from concept through completion.Location: Saudi ArabiaIndustry: Hospitality / Hotel DevelopmentTravel: Required frequently within Saudi Arabia.  Key Responsibilities:•             Lead and manage hospitality development projects including hotels, resorts, and high-end F&amp;B facilities.•             Oversee the full project lifecycle: planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover.•             Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.•             Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.•             Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve technical or operational challenges.•             Review design submissions and ensure alignment with hospitality operational standards.•             Manage contracts, project documentation, and reporting to senior management.•             Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Requirements:•             Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or related discipline.•             Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within hotel and hospitality developments.•             Proven experience managing large-scale hospitality projects.•             Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and contract management.•             Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.•             Fluent in English (written and spoken).•             Willing and ready to relocate/transfer as required. Preferred:•             Experience working on luxury hospitality or international hotel brand projects.•             PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
