JOB SUMMARYThe Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities related to government compliance and employee documentation processes. This role includes supervising the processing of visas, permits, licenses, and registrations for employees while ensuring adherence to Saudi labor laws. The supervisor will coordinate with team members and liaise with various government departments to ensure efficient and effective compliance operations.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Visa and Documentation Oversight:</li><li>Supervise the submission, follow-up, and collection of new employment visas to ensure timely processing.</li><li>Manage the application and renewal processes for trade licenses and government permits.</li><li>Ensure all legal company documents are current and compliant with Saudi law.</li><li>Team Coordination:</li><li>Lead a team of compliance staff, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.</li><li>Distribute tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of government-related processes.</li><li>Government Liaison:</li><li>Assist in representing the company at various government bodies, including immigration offices and ministries.</li><li>Facilitate the obtaining of visas from embassies in KSA for staff and executives traveling for business.</li><li>Compliance Monitoring:</li><li>Monitor compliance with government regulations and requirements, reporting any issues to the Operations Manager.</li><li>Assist in reviewing proposed changes by government labor agencies to assess their impact on company operations.</li><li>Policy Implementation:</li><li>Implement policies and procedures related to government relations and operational compliance developed by the Operations Manager.</li><li>Stay informed about labor compliance trends and assist in initiating necessary changes to internal processes.</li><li>Reporting and Documentation:</li><li>Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, employee documentation, and interactions with government entities.</li><li>Assist in preparing reports for senior management on compliance status and operational performance.</li><li>Employee Support:</li><li>Act as a point of contact for employees regarding government-related inquiries and processes.</li><li>Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in government relations, compliance, or HR operations.</li><li>Strong understanding of KSA labor laws and government regulations.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Core Skills:<ul><li>Communication:</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with government officials and internal stakeholders.</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Interpersonal Skills:</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with local government bodies and employees.</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Problem Solving:</li><li>Good analytical and decision-making abilities to address compliance issues and operational challenges.</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Project Management:</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Customer Focus:</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to addressing employee needs promptly.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Result Areas (KRAs):<ul><li>Regulatory Compliance:</li><li>Ensure 100% compliance with all government regulations and timely processing of employee documentation.</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Team Efficiency:</li><li>Improve team performance and efficiency in processing visas and permits while minimizing errors.</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Employee Support:</li><li>Enhance employee satisfaction by providing clear guidance and support for navigating government-related processes.</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Stakeholder Engagement:</li><li>Foster strong relationships with government agencies to ensure effective representation of the company’s interests.</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Operational Improvement:</li><li>Continuously assess and suggest improvements to processes and procedures to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.</li></ul>
