Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field. * Proven experience in a similar L&amp;D role. * Strong instructional design and training delivery skills. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
