As we scale, we're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who can convert inbound leads, build partnerships and proactively open new client channels. What you'll be doing <ul><li>Own the full sales funnel: follow up with inbound leads and convert them into paying clients</li><li>Proactively identify and approach new B2B and B2C clients </li><li>Analyse conversion rates, identify drop-off points, and implement improvements</li><li>Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth</li><li>Develop and manage referral partnerships</li><li>Negotiate and close commercial agreements with partners and direct clients</li></ul> What we're looking for <ul><li>2+ years in sales, with experience handling inbound leads </li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Experience with CRM systems</li><li>Analytical mindset: you look at conversion data and act on it</li><li>Strong communicator in English</li></ul>

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to bring in new clients and open up new markets across the UAE. What you'll be doing <ul><li>Proactively hunting and acquiring new clients across B2C and B2B segments (individuals, SMEs, e-commerce, retail, logistics)</li><li>Identifying and developing new verticals and partnership channels</li><li>Leading negotiations and closing deals end-to-end</li><li>Working warm inbound leads as an additional sales stream</li><li>Coordinating the client manager: task assignment and account oversight</li><li>Managing the pipeline and reporting in CRM</li></ul> What we're looking for <ul><li>2+ years in business development or active B2B/B2C sales</li><li>Proven track record of independently sourcing clients — not just handling inbound</li><li>Strong negotiator with the ability to build lasting relationships</li><li>Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage</li><li>Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement</li><li>Own car and UAE driving licence (preferred)</li></ul>
