Do you like fast-paced work?Do you love working in an office and want to expand your experience?COME JOIN OUR TEAM @ A-1 Lawn &amp; Landscaping.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Answering multi-line phones</li><li>Entering Data into a CRM system</li><li>Scheduling appointments &amp; maintaining calendars.</li><li>Processing daily time sheets.</li><li>Providing support for management team</li><li>Monitor e-mail accounts providing information, following-up on emails and phone calls.</li></ul>Skills/ Experience:<ul><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word, &amp; Outlook.</li><li>One to three years of customer service experience preferred</li><li>People orientated with good communication skills</li><li>Comfortable speaking with customers</li><li>Dependable: show up on time and ready to work</li><li>Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Hours: Full time positions available immediately; overtime available during summer months with rotating Saturday schedule.Office hours are 8am to 5pm: Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays during summer season 9am to 4pm.Please submit resume to apply.Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourPay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Multi-line phone systems: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
