Handyman Position &ndash; on call (8&ndash;24 Hours per Week)We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our on call team basis.Position Details:<ul><li>Hours: 8&ndash;24 hours per week</li><li>Schedule: 2 fixed days per week (set schedule)</li><li>Location: Northern Virginia area</li><li>Pay: Based on experience and skills</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform basic plumbing repairs (faucets, leaks, minor replacements, etc.)</li><li>Handle drywall patching and painting (small to medium repairs)</li><li>Complete other general repair and maintenance tasks as assigned</li><li>Ensure jobs are done cleanly, professionally, and on time</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must speak basic English (enough to communicate with clients and team)</li><li>Must have a reliable car and your own tools</li><li>Must be able to perform:</li><li>Basic plumbing</li><li>Drywall patching</li><li>Painting</li></ul><ul><li>Preferred but not required: experience with basic electrical and carpentry</li></ul>If you do not have skills in plumbing, drywall patching, painting, basic English communication, and your own car/tools, this position is not for you.Job Type: Part-timePay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to commit with us 2 days a week?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Plumbing and drywall patch : 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Basic English (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving license (Preferred)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Fairfax, VA 22031 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
