</ul></div><div><div>This is a full-time, in-person position supporting the financial operations of our growing<br>
company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of<br>
independently managing the day-to-day bookkeeping functions of a busy trade<br>
business.<br>
**Primary Responsibilities**<br>
* Process and manage **weekly payroll**<br>
* Oversee **Accounts Payable** (vendor bills, payments, check runs)<br>
* Manage **Accounts Receivable** (invoicing, collections, posting payments)<br>
<ul><li>Pay bills and write checks</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards</li><li>Balance general ledger accounts</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Assist with job cost tracking and project bookkeeping</li><li>Prepare financial reports for ownership</li><li>Coordinate with outside accountant (tax preparation handled externally)</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping-related administrative projects</li></ul>
* Minimum **5 years of bookkeeping experience** (trade or construction industry experience preferred)</div>
<ul><li>Experience as a full-charge bookkeeper strongly preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong understanding of payroll, AP, AR, and reconciliations</li></ul>
<ul><li>Knowledge of quarterly and annual tax processes (filing not required but helpful)</li></ul>
<ul><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail</li></ul>
<ul><li>Professional discretion and integrity</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and Microsoft Office</li></ul>

<div>* **$30 &ndash; $40 per hour**, based on experience</div>
<div>* Equivalent annual salary range: **$62,400 &ndash; $83,200**</div>

<ul><li>Monday through Friday</li></ul>
<ul><li>9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)</li></ul>

<div>This is an **in-office position**. No remote work.</div>
