This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a thriving organization committed to excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Handle multi-line phone systems, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette</li><li>Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems, including digital records via Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings</li><li>Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports with attention to detail</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to ensure accurate financial records</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients, vendors, and team members with timely responses and support</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven office experience or administrative background demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities</li><li>Familiarity with office management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace</li><li>Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members</li><li>Previous clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is preferred</li><li>Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties or personal assistant experience is a plus but not required</li><li>Strong computer literacy combined with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently</li></ul>Join us as an Administrator where your proactive mindset and dedication will make a meaningful impact every day!
