NagarJob Summary:The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting A2E Hallways&rsquo; interior and exterior design services. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction to achieve company sales targets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client meetings.</li><li>Promote and present A2E Hallways&rsquo; interior and exterior design solutions to potential clients.</li><li>Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design team to provide tailored proposals.</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.</li><li>Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.</li><li>Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and follow-up communications.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer feedback.</li><li>Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and site visits.</li><li>Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.</li><li>Regularly report sales performance and market insights to management.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Knowledge of interior &amp; exterior design industry will be an advantage.</li><li>Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Good presentation and persuasion skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, and basic reporting.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
