<div><div>A3 Consulting, LLS is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to support the continued development of the DoD Insider Threat Management driven applications. This candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of a high visibility application that enables the Insider Threat mission throughout the DoD. <div></div><div><b>In this job you will</b>:</div>
<ul><li>Design, develop, implement, and maintain and enterprise-level, multitenant, big data analysis application.</li>
<li>Perform full stack software development (Java, Spring, JavaScript, React/Angular, REST/APIs, HTML5, CSS, Hibernate, etc.).</li>
<li>Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance and direction and provide documentation, and presentation support as needed.</li>
<li>Support Assessment &amp; Authorization (A&amp;A) efforts as needed.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Required Qualifications</b>:</div>
<ul><li>B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of software design patterns and development methodologies.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Java Development, Software Design, Software Debugging, Critical Analysis, and Problem Solving.</li>
<li>Proficiency in the development, implementation, and support of enterprise level software applications.</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience with Java, Spring Framework &ndash; Boot, MVC, Security, Data, etc., Hibernate and/or JPA, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, REST, HTML, CSS, One or more modern JavaScript Frameworks (i.e. React, Angular, Arelia, Vue, etc.), PostgreSQL.</li>
<li>Experience writing elegant, readable, maintainable, and well documented code.</li>
<li>Demonstrated drive to keep current on industry best practices, patterns, and methodologies.</li>
<li>Passion for development and delivering high quality capabilities.</li>
<li>5+ years&rsquo; experience leveraging Open Source technologies.</li>
<li>2+ years&rsquo; experience in requirements capture, analysis, and design.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Desired Qualifications</b>:</div>
<ul><li>M.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field.</li>
<li>Agile Software Development.</li>
<li>API Design and Implementation.</li>
<li>Experience developing software in a ServiceNow driven environment</li>
<li>Experience establishing and evaluating application performance benchmarks.</li>
<li>Experience with Open Source DEV technologies &ndash; Redmine, Jenkins, Tomcat, etc.</li>
<li>Experience configuring and deploying application to a RHEL environment.</li>
<li>Experience with development in a Commercial or Government Distributed Architectures cloud (i.e., AWS C2S, AWS GovCloud, etc.)</li>
</ul>

</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Salary range</b>:</div>
<ul><li>The salary range of this position is $165,000 - $180,000 commensurate with experience and achievement.</li>
