This role is responsible for efficiently managing patient appointments, coordinating with healthcare providers, and maintaining clear, professional communication with patients. Strong English communication skills, accuracy, and professionalism are essential for success in this position.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments with accuracy.</li><li>Communicate with patients via phone, email, and scheduling systems.</li><li>Coordinate appointment schedules with healthcare providers and clinical staff.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and appointment calendars.</li><li>Manage appointment inquiries and follow up on cancellations and no-shows.</li><li>Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.</li><li>Provide administrative and scheduling support as required.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or O/A Level (minimum).</li><li>Prior experience in patient scheduling or medical administration.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems.</li><li>Proficiency in scheduling and office management software. Timings: 06PM - 03AM Pakistan Time Office Location : DHA phase 8, Lahore OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with excellent English communication skills and strong expertise in managing bookkeeping for US-based clients. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other relevant accounting tools.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for US clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards.</li><li>Record financial transactions, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, and maintain general ledgers.</li><li>Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and expense categorization.</li><li>Prepare month-end and year-end financial reports.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to gather documentation and clarify financial discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain organized financial records and ensure timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Use QBO and other cloud-based accounting tools efficiently.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Bookkeeper for US clients (mandatory).</li><li>Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO); knowledge of tools like Xero, Bill.com, Gusto, Hubdoc, etc., is a plus.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of US bookkeeping practices and financial workflows.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain high accuracy.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
