Timings: 06PM - 03AM Pakistan Time Office Location : DHA phase 8, Lahore OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with excellent English communication skills and strong expertise in managing bookkeeping for US-based clients. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other relevant accounting tools.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for US clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards.</li><li>Record financial transactions, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, and maintain general ledgers.</li><li>Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and expense categorization.</li><li>Prepare month-end and year-end financial reports.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to gather documentation and clarify financial discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain organized financial records and ensure timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Use QBO and other cloud-based accounting tools efficiently.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Bookkeeper for US clients (mandatory).</li><li>Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO); knowledge of tools like Xero, Bill.com, Gusto, Hubdoc, etc., is a plus.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of US bookkeeping practices and financial workflows.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain high accuracy.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
