We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager &ndash; Finance to manage and coordinate financial tasks for our US-based clients. This role will involve direct communication with clients, ensuring the timely delivery of bookkeeping and accounting services, and managing related project activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent coordination skills, and fluency in English to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients regarding bookkeeping and accounting matters.</li><li>Understand client requirements, clearly communicate expectations, and ensure that internal teams align with client needs.</li><li>Schedule and attend client meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.</li><li>Provide regular updates and timely responses to client inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or challenges promptly.</li></ul>Project Management &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Manage financial projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables are completed within deadlines and scope.</li><li>Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and track project milestones.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and timely delivery.</li><li>Identify potential risks or issues early on and take proactive steps to resolve them.</li><li>Maintain project documentation, trackers, and dashboards to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities effectively.</li></ul>Bookkeeping &amp; Accounting Tasks<ul><li>Oversee and assist with routine bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities.</li><li>Prepare accurate financial reports and documentation for internal review or client delivery.</li><li>Work with accountants to ensure timely tax filings and compliance with relevant regulations.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial data before presenting it to clients.</li></ul>Quality Assurance &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Review financial reports and documents for accuracy before sharing with clients.</li><li>Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.</li><li>Assist in the implementation of new tools, systems, and workflows to streamline operations.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; SkillsRequired:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, (ACCA/CA preferred). </li><li>3 - 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or project coordination in US market.</li><li>Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple tasks or projects.</li><li>Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with US-based clients.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or similar).</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.</li></ul>Must Have:<ul><li>Experience working in a client-facing finance role, preferably with US clients.</li><li>Familiarity with US GAAP and US-based accounting practices.</li><li>Prior experience with project management tools</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs170,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to work in a night shift?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>US market: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Lahore (54940) (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
