Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Running calls on aged equipment</li><li>
Educate customers on repair vs. replace options</li><li>
Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customers</li><li>
Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills</li><li>
Educate customers on proper system operation and energy-saving tips to maximize efficiency</li><li>
Attend periodic company or manufacturer training</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul><div><b>
What You Will Bring:</b></div><ul><li>
3-4 years HVAC Technician experience</li><li>
Great customer service skills</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with clean motor vehicle record</li><li>
Ability to handle heavy equipment</li></ul><div><b>
Physical Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.</li><li>
Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).</li><li>
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.</li><li>
Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).</li><li>
Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.</li><li>
Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.</li></ul><div><b>
