Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Leasing Agent / Assistant Manager to join our onsite management team. As the &quot;face&quot; of our community, this hybrid role is responsible for driving occupancy through savvy salesmanship while ensuring the daily operations and resident relations run like a well-oiled machine.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>Leasing and Sales: Utilize exceptional communication and sales skills to drive occupancy and generate new leases</li><li>Resident Relations: Build strong relationships with current residents, responding to concerns, and addressing issues in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Operations Management: Assist in the daily operations of the community, including managing maintenance requests, coordinating events, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction</li><li>Team Support: Provide guidance and support to other team members, including leasing agents and maintenance staff</li><li>Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, such as tracking leads, creating reports, and maintaining accurate records</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>2 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred</li><li>Strong sales and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license</li></ul>
