<div>Job Overview: The Front Desk Phone Dispatcher is a vital member of the ABF Healthcare Services, Inc. team, responsible for managing incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls promptly and courteously. 
</li>
<li>Provide accurate information about services to patients.</li>
<li>Direct calls to appropriate departments and staff members.</li>
<li>Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.</li>
<li>Maintain patient information from calls that come in and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.</li>
<li>Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.</li>
<li>Coordinate with healthcare providers and other staff to ensure smooth operations.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a front desk or dispatcher role.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in using phone systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Electronic Health Records systems).</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li>
<li>Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.</li>
<li>Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices is an advantage.</li>
<li>Friendly and compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient care.</li>
</ul>
