REPORTS TO:</b> Production Floor Manager<b> </b><b>EFFECTIVE DATE:</b> 9/24/2025</div><div></div><div><b><br>
SUMMARY: </b>This position is responsible for testing and inspecting all assemblies before leaving the facility in order to assure quality products are being delivered.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div><ul><li>
Inspect and identify quality issues, flaws and work performed by assemblers.</li><li>
Test products for continuity to electrical signate passage utilizing continuity testers, data signal verification testers and high potential (hipot) testers.</li><li>
Use hand tools and power tools before closing housing unit after performing visual inspection of products.</li><li>
Tie up completed work and wrap for shipping.</li><li>
Responsible for ensuring order target dates are met.</li><li>
Print required reports for high potential (hipot) test and ETL (Electrical Testing Laboratories) certification.</li><li>
Report items as finished in the inventory system so product document is reported and completed.</li><li>
Read a ruler for positioning of shrink.</li><li>
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

QUALIFICATIONS:</b></div><ul><li>
Ability to follow instructions on an order.</li><li>
Ability to sit for periods of time and remain focused.</li><li>
Good reading, writing, and basic mathematical skills.</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and efficiently.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:</b></div><ul><li>
Frequently required to stand.</li><li>
Frequently required to walk.</li><li>
Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.</li><li>
