All Contact Center Consultants are eligible for incentives of up to $400 per month. The incentives will be payable so long as the Contact Center Consultant is employed by A+ Federal Credit Union in the Contact Center on the payment dates referenced above. The incentives are subject to required and authorized taxes, withholdings and deductions.
(Work from home eligibility after six months with Meets Standard Performance &amp; Manager Approval.)

Essential Functions for Level I
<ul><li>Answer all incoming calls within the established ring time goal</li>
<li>Ensure proper identification of members using Security PINs or approved security questions prior to releasing information or conducting transactions</li>
<li>Staying apprised of any phone, check or debit card scams to identify potential loss or fraud on every call</li>
<li>Use pleasant, professional voice, and good listening skills to enhance service</li>
<li>Assist members with loan inquires, which may include, payoff request, rate information, processing payments, establishing automatic transfers and payment history details</li>
<li>Educate/advise members on questions relating to accounts, rate information, product or service requests, and/or error resolutions after completing any necessary research</li>
<li>Promote and maintain quality internal service at all times in order to cultivate relationships with departments and branches to develop a team atmosphere within the Credit Union</li>
<li>Attain and maintain knowledge of all credit union products and services</li>
<li>Inform existing and prospective members of current promotions and new or updated products/services</li>
<li>Utilize online account opening system to open various types of accounts for members, offering products/services in order to increase services per retail household</li>
<li>Answer questions regarding cleared items, direct deposits, and various types of transactions on accounts</li>
<li>Place applicable types of stop payments following appropriate procedures</li>
<li>Be knowledgeable of regulation requirements as applicable to debit card holds, pending transaction processes, opting members in and out. Ability to explain requirements to the members</li>
<li>Assist members with trouble shooting and resolving issues by accessing member&rsquo;s online activity and resetting or unlocking logins</li>
<li>Prepare and submit all wire transfer requests following appropriate procedures</li>
<li>Use DocuSign system to securely send appropriate requested documents to members for completion</li>
<li>Use internal software to review and create copies of cleared items as requested</li>
<li>Handle adjustments to credit union Member Rewards program</li>
<li>Answer inquiries regarding funds availability/check holds and releasing holds within approved limits</li>
<li>Handle debit card requests for ordering, blocking, and travel notifications</li>
<li>Make fee reversal decisions within approved limits</li>
<li>Expected to reach and maintain a minimum of 75% success in established sales goal referrals and 80% success in quality assurance monitoring</li>
<li>Complete required assignments for Level I</li>
<li>Perform other duties as required or assigned</li>
</ul>
Miscellaneous
<ul><li>Schedule and conduct monthly individual dialogs with Manager</li>
<li>Assist with department projects, as assigned</li>
<li>Participate in outside credit union sponsored activities and community/education events to increase credit union awareness</li>

Job Requirements
Education and Experience
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li>
<li>Minimum of six months financial institution experience or equivalent call center experience preferred</li>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">General Summary &ndash; Primary Functions</h2>
The primary purpose of this position is to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that drive member engagement, product adoption, brand awareness, and help the credit union achieve established goals.
This role will serve as a strategic partner across departments and with external agencies, ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with key stakeholders across A+FCU to plan and execute cross-functional projects. Provide outstanding internal service.
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">2. Campaign Strategy &amp; Execution</h2>
<ul><li>Collaborate with Marketing leadership to develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, social, in-branch) to support promotions, member communications, and product launches.</li>
<li>Team up with internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, and KPIs.</li>
<li>Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.</li>
<li>Communicate across the credit union on Marketing promotions, special events, and campaigns.</li>
<li>Build out marketing deliverable plans using project management expertise and technology solutions to facilitate the team&rsquo;s ability to achieve deadlines and support A+FCU priorities.</li>
<li>Work with Compliance teams to ensure marketing materials have proper disclosures and targeting is non-discriminatory.</li>
<li>Work with marketing team members to ensure consistency across campaign materials, channels, and vendors.</li>
<li>Coordinate with external vendors and media partners as needed.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">3. Data &amp; Performance Analysis</h2>
<ul><li>Monitor campaign performance through collaboration with Enterprise Analytics, Digital Marketing, and using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Marketo, Marketing dashboards, etc. and provide actionable insights for optimization.</li>
<li>Generate reports and insights to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">4. Marketing Project Management</h2>
<ul><li>Lead project teams to deliver marketing initiatives from concept to completion.</li>
<li>Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and approvals.</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Participate in organization projects as a representative of the Marketing team.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">5. Collaboration &amp; Communication</h2>
<ul><li>Serve as a liaison between marketing, product, digital, and member services teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.</li>

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required</li>
<li>Three years of experience in marketing campaign management required (financial services or a regulated industry highly preferred).</li>
<li>Two years of experience in project management preferred.</li>

<ul><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign performance metrics.</li>
