<div>We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to provide administrative and accounting support to ensure accurate processing of invoices, reimbursements, mail, and vendor documentation. This role serves as a key liaison between onsite operations and offsite accounting vendors, supporting accounts payable functions, purchasing workflows, and document management.
This position is part-time, with 6-hour shifts Tuesday through Thursday.
DOE $23-$26 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and route incoming mail, freight, and vendor documentation.
Support accounts payable functions, including invoice tracking, AP filing, and documentation submission.
Manage expenses, mileage, HRA, and company credit card reimbursement documentation.
Collect, review, and submit packing slips and vendor receipts with proper identification.
Coordinate purchasing-related communication with off-site accounting vendors (e.g., Alsco, McKesson, waste and shredding services).
Maintain organized records and ensure timely delivery of accounting materials.
Support general accounting and purchasing operations as assigned.
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
