 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support full-cycle recruiting efforts for assigned roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Review resumes and assist with candidate pre-screening
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate professionally with candidates regarding next steps
 </li>
 <li>
 Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with offer letters and onboarding documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide administrative support to the HR and recruiting team
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 In-Person Recruitment Support
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Attend career fairs, networking events, and community outreach events
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company professionally at recruiting events
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in setting up recruiting booths and materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect candidate information and conduct initial screenings on-site
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate event logistics and recruiting strategies with the Recruiting Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Support follow-up communication with event leads
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Self-directed and able to work independently, and as a positive member of a team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work effectively with diverse staff and travel to multiple agency worksites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: 1&ndash;2+ years in recruitment, ideally within healthcare or staffing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and regulations, Proficient with computer usage and programs such as Windows and Windows-based software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and effective interpersonal and relational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 High level ethics and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated positive attitude, resiliency, and flexibility in an ever-changing environment with multiple interruptions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated good judgment using sound analytical solutions based on decision-making processes and approaches.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent and proven communication skills, both oral and written.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fingerprinting and background check as required by the Department of Justice, and current TB clearance required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid CA driver&rsquo;s license, an automobile for agency travel, and proof of current auto insurance
 
 
 </li>

 Competitive salary range of $55,000-$60,000
 </li>
