Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Duties<ul><li>Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment</li><li>Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas</li><li>Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively</li><li>Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members</li><li>Participate in site preparation and cleanup activities</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects</li><li>Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred</li><li>Excellent teamwork and communication skills</li><li>Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently</li><li>Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship</li><li>Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities</li></ul>Join our team today and contribute to meaningful projects while gaining valuable experience in the labor field.Sometimes we are digging trenches in the hot Fl sun, installing drains, fixing irrigation, painting houses or setting up camera and lights. This is a 1099 job. Every week is different. We usually work between the hours of 9am to 7pm.Must have a car and drivers license.
