Cosmique Aesthetics &amp; Dermatology Clinic is looking for an experienced Telecaller / Lead Conversion Executive with 3+ years of proven experience in aesthetic or cosmetic clinics. This role is strictly focused on lead calling, follow-ups, and conversions, not patient management. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, persuasive, and skilled in converting inquiries into confirmed appointments.Job SummaryCosmique Aesthetics &amp; Dermatology Clinic is seeking an experienced and professional Telecaller / Patient Care Executive with 3+ years of relevant experience to manage patient communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and prior experience in healthcare, dermatology, or aesthetic clinics.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Call generated leads from digital campaigns, social media, WhatsApp, and inquiry forms</li><li>Explain aesthetic and cosmetic treatments such as laser, skincare, injectables, and body contouring</li><li>Convert leads into confirmed clinic appointments</li><li>Perform structured follow-ups to maximize lead conversion</li><li>Maintain accurate lead status and updates in CRM or lead management systems</li><li>Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and revenue targets</li><li>Coordinate with front desk for appointment availability only (no patient handling)</li><li>Maintain professional call quality and brand representation</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Telecaller or Lead Conversion Executive</li><li>Mandatory experience in an aesthetic, cosmetic, or dermatology clinic</li><li>Strong sales, persuasion, and objection-handling skills</li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Experience working with CRM, lead dashboards, and call tracking systems</li><li>Target-oriented mindset with a proven conversion record</li><li>Ability to work independently and under pressure</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and pricing discussions</li><li>Excellent follow-up discipline and closing skills</li><li>Professional sales tone and confidence on calls</li><li>Ability to handle high lead volumes efficiently</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Attractive performance-based incentives &amp; commissions</li><li>Structured leads provided (no cold calling)</li><li>Professional, target-driven work environment</li><li>Growth opportunities within a premium aesthetic clinic</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Intermediate (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Clinic : 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
