Job Title: Admin Executive Job Description: - Manage &amp; Prepare Various Admin Reports on Daily &amp; Monthly Basis. - Manage &amp; Operate computerized weight Scale for Inward &amp; outward vehicles material measurements. - Prepare computerized Inward &amp; outward Gate Pass of Raw Material through weight Scale measurement &amp; Prepare daily weight scale report for management. - Communicate &amp; Coordinate with HR &amp; Admin Team to resolve Labor issues. - Verification of Bio metric Attendance &amp; Overtimes. - Being Admin Look after all factory Security Staff and Janitorial staff. - Enrollment of Workers in HRM Software and Bio metric attendance machines. - Any Other Tasks assigned by the Management.
