We are committed to providing a paid opportunity where your craftsmanship and dedication make a real difference in outdoor aesthetics and sustainability.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor spaces pristine</li><li>Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, digging, and other landscaping activities</li><li>Operate heavy machinery such as excavators and other construction equipment to install hardscape features like patios, walkways, or retaining walls</li><li>Conduct lawn care routines including fertilizing, aerating, overseeding, and weed control to promote healthy turf growth</li><li>Maintain trees through trimming, pruning, and health assessments to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal</li><li>Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes</li><li>Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for use</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, power tools, and hand tools</li><li>Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening practices</li><li>Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant selection, soil preparation, and pest management</li><li>Ability to operate construction machinery such as excavators safely and effectively</li><li>Familiarity with tree care techniques including trimming, pruning, and health assessment</li><li>Excellent understanding of hardscape installation processes like paving or stonework</li><li>Ability to perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment to ensure optimal performance</li></ul>Join us in creating vibrant outdoor environments that inspire pride and joy!
