Warehouse Supervisor, 1st Shift $25.00!Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour plus bonuses and generous benefits.Location: 930 Goddard Way and 3180 Wall Street, Green Bay WiManage and regulate a team of 7 employees (shipping &amp; material handlers) on 2 shifts in their performance of assigned duties or delegated tasks.Generous benefit plan includes: - Physical therapist - Massages - FREE Dental Insurance - company pays premiums for employee-only coverage! - Health Insurance - FREE Vision Benefit - company pays premiums for employee-only coverage! - Life Insurance - Disability Insurance - 401(k) plan with company match - Paid vacation - Paid holidays - Paid sick days - PTO benefitEssential Job Requirements: &middot; Ensure shipping and receiving needs are met with regards to quality, GMP&rsquo;s, SQF and safety.&middot; Ensure that all paperwork for both receipts, BOL&rsquo;s, and Transfer Orders are processed for the any shift assigned.&middot; Providing weekly count for chep pallets and regular pallets as needed.&middot; Be able to create transfer orders in NAV from plant to plant&middot; Ensure that all training for all new associates for assigned shift is completed from start to finish.&middot; Ensure all 30/60/90 day reviews for new associates is completed and administered with the shipping &amp; receiving assistant supervisor.&middot; Ensure that all tasks for all shifts are delegated equally to all associates on the shift.&middot; Hold all associates accountable for daily duties and complete corrective action in a timely manner.&middot; Ensure that the office phone is carried at all times during the shift and all calls and messages are answered in a timely manner.&middot; Maintain that all associates are held accountable and kept busy for assigned shift.&middot; Ensure Organization Management is followed and that all tasks assigned are completed by shift end.&middot; Ensure that all S.O.P. Training is completed with all associates and all records signed and documented.&middot; Maintain monthly meetings with all shifts to go over updates and receive feedback.&middot; Attend bi-weekly EOS meetings with shipping and receiving manager.&middot; Maintain bi-weekly meetings with assistant supervisor&rsquo;s to include feedback from shifts and any issues that need addressing.&middot; Give input and feedback for all assigned associates for yearly reviews.&middot; Ability to work independently and in a team environment each day.&middot; Ensure you have excellent attendance.&middot; Monitor daily attendance, approve and correct employee attendance in time system.&middot; Provide leadership to team and lead by example.&middot; Ensure the cooler/freezer/dock area is clean, orderly, and organized at all times. This includes chipping ice, knocking down ice, etc.&middot; Ensure flexibility to work weekends.&middot; Ensure physical stamina to be able to walk around all areas of the floor.&middot; Obtain safety fork &amp; scissor lift training through A&amp;K.&middot; Ability to look outside the box on ways to improve the department.&middot; Flexibility to work on other shifts as needed.&middot; Ensure all coverage for all shifts and assigned facilities including weekends is maintained.&middot; Adhere to all policies and rules listed in the Employee Handbook.Perform other duties as assigned or designated by ManagementRequirements:3-5 years supervisory experience&middot; Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.&middot; Forklift experience.&middot; Knowledge with Computers&middot; Ability to lift up to 50lbs pounds required.&middot; Excellent communication skillsPhysical Requirements: &middot; Walking, standing and sitting up to 8 hours per day&middot; Repetitive hand and wrist motion&middot; Frequent bending and twisting&middot; Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds&middot; Occasional lifting of up to 80 pounds&middot; Some overhead reaching, lifting, stacking&middot; Ability to stand up while using standing forkliftPay: From $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
