Job Title: Part-Time Childcare Lead Teacher (Potential to Grow to Full-Time)Location: 908 8th Ave S , Great Falls MT 59405Position Type: Part-Time (with potential to transition to Full-Time)Overview:At A Kids Nest Childcare, we focus on the whole child&mdash;supporting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. We believe in the power of play as a primary way children learn and grow, and we are committed to inclusion, ensuring every child feels valued and supported. We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic childcare staff member to join our team. This part-time role is a wonderful opportunity to start in childcare with the potential to grow into a full-time position as experience develops.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and engage with children in a safe, nurturing, and supportive way.</li><li>Assist with planning and implementing age-appropriate, play-based learning activities.</li><li>Support inclusion by recognizing and honoring each child&rsquo;s unique needs and abilities.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.</li><li>Observe and document children&rsquo;s growth and communicate with families as needed.</li><li>Follow all safety, health, and licensing regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to provide consistent care and a cohesive classroom environment.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Previous experience in childcare or working with children is a plus, but not required.</li><li>CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.</li><li>Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.</li><li>Passion for supporting the whole child through play-based, inclusive learning experiences.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>Base pay: $14/hour (pay dependent on experience).</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a full-time position.</li><li>Paid training and professional development.</li><li>Supportive, family-oriented work environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hourExpected hours: 4 &ndash; 20 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
