JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Production &amp; Food Safety Program Manager to lead our food safety initiatives and oversee the quality systems within our manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our RTE products meet all safety, quality, and regulatory standards while supporting continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is passionate about food safety, possesses strong project management skills, and thrives in a collaborative setting to uphold the highest standards in food production.POSITION OVERVIEWWe seek a highly experienced and detail-driven RTE Production &amp; Food Safety Manager to operate our (RTE) wholesale food manufacturing program.<ul><li>The ideal candidate will be accountable for the following:</li><li>Schedule, manage and execute all RTE production.</li><li>Recruit, manage, train and develop RTE employees and monitor performance.</li><li>Prepare for, facilitate, and execute successful internal, third-party and governmental audits.</li><li>Manage CAPA, NC, Deviations, and Supplier Quality programs.</li><li>Monitor and continuously improve ingredient and labor inputs to maximize profitability.</li><li>Ensure all production and CCP documentation is correctly completed.</li><li>Periodically review and refine all Quality and Prerequisite programs scaling to volume and shaping to the product line</li><li>Ensure production facilities and equipment are clean, operational and in compliance with all internal and external standards.</li></ul>EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>4 to 7 years of experience in regulated food manufacturing food environment</li><li>Extensive experience with HACCP program management and implementation</li><li>Experience with food safety audits (NSF, USDA, FDA, SQF, BRC or PCQI)</li><li>Demonstrable knowledge of FDA, USDA food safety regulations</li><li>Proven ability to accurately manage documentation systems</li><li>Strong problem-solving and time management skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)</li><li>P&amp;L and Financials proficiency</li><li>Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills</li><li>Self-directed and capable of working independently</li><li>Strong leadership presence and accountability mindset</li><li>Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving production environment</li><li>Solutions-focused mindset with continuous improvement</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus</li><li>Familiarity with Kosher foods production a plus</li></ul>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. We are an upscale boutique catering company in Sandy Springs/Dunwoody looking for experienced Bartenders/Mixologist to join our team! Must be hardworking, enthusiastic, outgoing and extremely reliable!Part time work available, mostly weekends. Must have reliable transportation to get to events. All events are not on the bus route. Pay is $170.00 per shift plus tips.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Mix and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.Prepare garnishes.Set up the bar. We start with a blank slate. Includes moving glassware, alcohol, etc.Arrive on time for scheduled shifts.Show up in the proper uniform and look professional.Help unload food &amp; equipment from vans on siteBreakdown bars, pack equipment and drinks, re-load vans at the end of the event.Skills/Requirements:Bartender License and Tipps Certification - is a plus.Must have own bar kit.Helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile. Good communicator.Able to demonstrate a sense of urgency.
