We're looking for someone who has advanced knowledge of the eBay, Amazon, Shopify and Facebook platforms and can manage our current store and develop our Facebook account for sales leads and product marketingEssential Qualifications:<ul><li>University Graduate with at least 2years of experience in a similar role</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce</li><li>Excellent English &ndash; Spoken &amp; Written</li></ul>Experienced in managing full website operations, increasing online performance and designing and managing optimal online customer experiences. We are expect you to be experienced and have advanced knowledge of online marketplaces.Responsibilities:Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all aspects of our current online store and moreIncluding answering supplier and customer queries and questions &ndash; email &amp; telephoneDesigning and creating eye-catching eBay listings that secure high interaction ratesUpdating existing listings and product portfolioContent creation and webscraping from supplier websitesImage editingOptimising content to enhance content discoverability on the platform and effectively monetise content to maximise revenue opportunitiesUnderstand and abide by marketplace rulesWorking with the UK team to help generate ideas for exciting, original content as well as using platform data to help inform and improve content creationGenerating purchase ordersGenerating 3rd party ordersManage existing orders and customersRequirements:Proven working experience in building and maintaining an e-commerce accountImage editing skills, including optimisation, isolating and resizing.Good technical proficiency in Adobe digital design software, including Photoshop and Illustrator.Up-to-date understanding of best practice for web, email and mobile communications, including accessibility.Dedicated team player.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.Basic knowledge of the Search Engine Optimisation process and product photographyCandidate:Timings: 1 pm - 9 pm (6 days, Monday to Saturday)Excellent verbal communication skillsExcellent writing skillsExcellent interpersonal and presentations skillsHands-on experience with good sales revenue for online platformsAbility to interpret website trafficAttention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solverApply by:Only applicants meeting the criteria mentioned above should send their CVs.
