We are hiring a Control Room Communication Officer (Dispatcher) to strengthen our control room operations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor incoming calls, WhatsApp, and CCTV.</li><li>Dispatch security guards and respond immediately to incidents.</li><li>Maintain accurate shift logs, incident reports, and daily activity records.</li><li>Handle all client calls in English fluently, ensuring clear and professional communication.</li><li>Track patrols/vehicles and keep supervisors updated.</li><li>Prepare proper handover notes for the next dispatcher.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in control room, dispatch, or call-handling is preferred.</li><li>Fluent English communication is mandatory (written and spoken).</li><li>Strong telephone manners and ability to manage stressful situations.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Web).</li><li>Ability to work rotational shifts (day, night, weekends).</li><li>Valid CNIC.</li></ul>Salary will be communicated to shortlisted candidates during the hiring process.LocationOffice located at Block N Gullberg 2 Lahore, near gullberg grid station.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
