Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager Associate to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a passionate individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, and content creation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing brand visibility, engaging with audiences, and executing innovative marketing campaigns across various platforms. A solid grasp of SEO, analytics, graphic design, and social listening tools will be essential to drive impactful results and support our company's growth objectives.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Manage daily social media operations using tools, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and responding to audience inquiries promptly.</li><li>Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator ) or similar to ensure consistent branding and messaging.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.</li><li>Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.</li><li>Oversee advertising campaigns by setting up ad groups, targeting audiences effectively, and optimizing ad performance.</li><li>Engage in social listening to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback for insights that shape marketing initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding efforts, e-commerce integrations, and content creation for various digital channels.</li><li>Proofread all marketing materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.</li><li>Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to foster community engagement and expand outreach efforts.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms with demonstrated success in growing online communities.</li><li>Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with social listening tools for monitoring brand mentions and industry trends.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn or other social media platforms is preferred.</li><li>Experience building, managing and maintaining workflows, email campaigns and blogging on Hubspot</li><li>Excellent communication skills with an eye for proofreading content before publication.</li><li>Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns effectively while maintaining a creative approach to content creation.</li><li>Prior experience in relationship management within digital communities or influencer outreach is advantageous.
